Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the physical condition, maintenance, and operational efficiency of all company sites. This role requires regular site visits to assess facility needs, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensure all systems and equipment remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical knowledge and vendor management skills. Working Conditions
This position requires frequent travel between sites and periodic work in mechanical spaces, outdoors, and in varying environmental conditions. Some after-hours or weekend availability may be required for emergency response.
Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 per year. Negotiable based on skills and experience.
