    About the Role:

    CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities operations for a portfolio of advanced manufacturing facilities in Camden, Arkansas, with shared oversight responsibilities for an additional site in Springdale, AR. Supporting a global aerospace and defense industry leader known for its highly engineered products, complex manufacturing environments, and rigorous operational standards, this role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient facility performance.

    This position will oversee both hard and soft facility services delivered through third-party providers across multiple manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. The successful candidate will be a highly organized facilities professional with strong vendor management expertise, extensive technology platform experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced client environment with significant Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead facilities management operations across four manufacturing locations in Camden, AR, with shared responsibility for a site in Springdale, AR.
    • Oversee third-party service providers delivering hard and soft facilities services, ensuring performance, compliance, and service excellence.
    • Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
    • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent operational delivery.
    • Administer operating budgets, track financial performance, and support capital planning initiatives.
    • Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and client-specific requirements.
    • Champion Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
    • Utilize technology platforms and reporting tools to manage work orders, vendor performance, facility metrics, and operational processes.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of facilities, manufacturing, industrial, or related operational management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
    • Experience managing third-party vendors and multiple service lines within a complex facilities environment.
    • Strong knowledge of facility operations supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
    • Demonstrated understanding of EHS regulations, compliance requirements, and workplace safety programs.
    • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Advanced proficiency with facilities management systems, technology platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and successfully support a highly engaged, fast-paced client.
    • Valid driver's license required; facilities management certification or industry credentials are a plus.
