The Facilities Manager plays a key role in gathering MEP data throughout Welltower's diverse property portfolio. This position requires a detailed and organized individual with an understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures and systems. The range for this role in Denver, CO or Chicago, IL is $92,800- $133,700 plus bonus.
