What You'll Do
As a Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned locations while leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Operations Leadership
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned parking facilities.
- Ensure locations operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with LAZ standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and operational execution.
- Support the successful launch and transition of new locations.
- Coordinate event operations and special projects as needed.
- Partner with local agencies, including law enforcement and emergency management teams, when required.
Team Development
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop frontline employees, Assistant Managers, and Team Leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Identify high-potential employees and support career development opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing coaching, training, and performance management conversations.
- Support labor relations and collective bargaining agreement compliance where applicable.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue performance for assigned locations.
- Monitor payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and wage-and-hour regulations.
- Review financial reports, operational metrics, and P&L performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist with market reviews, rate analyses, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and service expectations are met.
- Drive customer satisfaction through operational excellence and service-focused leadership.
- Support client retention and business growth initiatives.
Business Support & Strategic Initiatives
- Assist with new business opportunities, site evaluations, and operational planning.
- Participate in location openings, transitions, and implementation projects.
- Prepare operational and financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives that contribute to regional and organizational success.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of leadership or management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with budgets, financial statements, accounting principles, or P&L reporting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or special events.
Preferred
- Parking management experience.
- Operations, hospitality, facilities, transportation, or service-industry leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple locations or large-scale operations.
- Labor relations or union environment experience.
