About the role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all project offices, facilities and workplace services across the Beauly to Peterhead transmission project.
This role is primarily based in Elgin and will require regular travel between sites and satellite hubs. You will take full ownership of the setup, operation and demobilisation of project offices, compounds and welfare facilities, while overseeing administrative teams and shared resources across multiple locations.
We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and bring structure, consistency and strong leadership across all hubs.

Balfour Beatty's Power Transmission & Distribution teams work with regional, national, and international electricity network owners and operators to provide technical engineering solutions across the full spectrum of the electricity grid, including overhead lines, cabling, substations, and distribution networks.
From scoping and feasibility, to design, construction and on-going maintenance, our in-house experts, flexible resources, and industry-leading innovations support customers in the development of some of the UK's most ambitious power transmission and distribution projects.
