Job Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides management oversite of the Facilities & Construction department at HRMC. Planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Facilities division at multiple locations, including a 500+ bed tertiary hospital and level 2 trauma center. The Manager is responsible for the compliance of regulations and standards for regulatory agencies such as Joint Commission, OSHA, AHCA and NFPA. The Manager organizes and directs the team on fulfilling department and hospital goals, oversight of operating and capital budgets, and ensures facility work orders and preventative maintenance services are completed successfully. Along with Safety Officer, ensures that all safety, life safety, and environment of care measures are adhered to. Also assists the construction team in safe and timely implementation of projects.
