This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating preventive maintenance programs; managing facility repairs and vendor relationships; overseeing fleet operations; supervising maintenance staff; and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong property and facilities management experience, technical knowledge of building systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
