Job Summary:
To provide leadership and management to all Facilities Services HAVC technicians. Manage all daily functions and operations of designated trade. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
Education & Experience
A High School Diploma/GED is required. Supervisory and healthcare experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: Valid Driver's License
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices; Knowledge in healthcare regulatory standards; excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems; Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction or repair projects; skill in installing, and repairing and selecting the appropriate equipment to complete the job; ability to develop and implement planned maintenance programs; great organizational and time management skills.
