Micro Tech staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for a local client working Monday to Friday 8am to 5PM. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of a food processing facility.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and repairs while minimizing production downtime.
Coordinate contractors, manage work orders, and oversee maintenance activities and capital projects.
Partner with management to resolve facility issues and improve overall plant operations.
