The main changes: the opening immediately signals this is a technical role for someone with real hands-on skills, which should help self-select out candidates who are more administrative than technical. The salary up front also tends to attract more serious applicants and reduce time wasted on both sides. And framing the new campus as an opportunity — rather than just a location — gives strong candidates a reason to be interested.
