Responsibilities:
This position supervises the work activities of Facility Management. The Manager oversees the team in completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, campus and/or portfolio of buildings.
- Oversee and/or coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments performed by Technicians, Engineers, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, and landscaping.
- Perform facilities inspections and prepare reports.
- Assist in the preparation of operating and capital budgets as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
- Provides input and manages departmental budget.
- Assists in maintenance of all statistical data and reporting systems, as required by Administration.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Maintains communication and acts as a liaison between shifts and departments in order to ensure a smooth operation and continuity of work.
Qualifications:
Job Requirement:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Facility Manager credential
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
Preferred Job Requirement:
- Four (4) years of related progressive experience and/or training
- 1st Class Engineer license
