Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains and improves a network of office locations by performing hands-on maintenance, repairs, and light construction tasks. This role installs TVs and other electronic devices, assembles office furniture, completes painting and wall repairs, and supports general building upkeep. The technician travels frequently across the North East to ensure each office operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards, while also supporting the identification and setup of new office spaces as the organization expands.

Work Environment
The role is field-based and involves frequent travel across office locations in the North East, working in a variety of modern corporate environments. The technician works both indoors and outdoors, performing tasks such as installations, painting, minor construction, and general maintenance in offices, entrance areas, and parking lots. The position requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to established protocols. Work hours may vary to accommodate urgent maintenance needs and support locations in different time zones, and the role involves extended periods of standing, bending, and working at heights. Attire should be practical and appropriate for hands-on maintenance work in professional office settings, allowing for safe use of tools and equipment while maintaining a neat and presentable appearance
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paterson, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
