Looking for a Facilities Manager that will be responsible for Leadership & Operations, Equipment & Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial production equipment (mechanical and electrical systems). Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Diagnose root cause of equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and tracking through CMMS or similar systems. Lead electrical troubleshooting and repairs (licensed electrician required). Support upgrades, installations, and modifications of equipment and facility systems. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards. Facility & Building Management oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and preventative care. Manage general facility maintenance including plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and basic structural repairs. Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Safety & Compliance, ensure full compliance with OSHA (1910 standards), environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead safety initiatives: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs. PPE compliance and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Incident investigations and corrective actions.
