POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager develops, oversees, audits, and manages store facilities to support efficient operations and fosters a healthy, efficient, and positive work environment. The role is responsible for managing systems, equipment performance, and maintenance programs to ensure reliability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness across all store operations. This includes overseeing facility projects, vendor relations, and managing a maintenance and custodial team to ensure a clean and welcoming environment forall. The position upholds the Co-op's standards for effectively developing and supporting their team, implementing efficient systems, and demonstrating outstanding leadership and performance management in a way that reflects the values of the Co-op and its cooperative identity.
