Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee facility operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, renovations, and equipment management.
* Lead facilities staff and contractors while managing vendor relationships, service agreements, budgets, and expenditures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building security protocols, and facility safety programs.
* Manage facility services, space utilization, and occupant requests while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
* Significant experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering, maintenance management, construction, and procurement.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Bachelor"s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional facilities management certification, such as CFM or FMP.
