Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of the cultivation facility, ensuring all maintenance operations are well-organized and executed correctly, including fabrication, electrical, and plumbing work.
Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to perform safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs, conduct daily inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and required repairs.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures to maintain a zero-injury work environment.
Analyze and prioritize work requests, developing job plans based on work orders.
Manage tools, equipment, and supply inventory:
Ensure all tools are maintained in a safe and usable condition.
Recommend upgrades or purchases of new equipment as needed.
Enforce proper storage procedures.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Develop and manage maintenance work schedules, estimating time and resource requirements for planned jobs.
Operate heavy equipment as needed.
Oversee security measures to ensure the facility remains safe and compliant.
Manage janitorial responsibilities, ensuring the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
Supervise new construction projects, tracking progress, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving any issues or delays.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages a total of 5+ employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
Forklift and Heavy Equipment Operator certificates required.
Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
