What You'll Do
- Oversee repair and maintenance needs across multiple restaurant locations
- Troubleshoot facility, equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration issues
- Coordinate service calls, vendor work, and follow-up to ensure timely completion
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring quality and cost
- Perform and support preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to urgent repair needs and help minimize operational downtime
- Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain safety, cleanliness, and facility standards
- Track maintenance issues, repairs, timelines, and vendor performance
- Continue building technical knowledge through vendor training, certifications, and equipment education
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience supporting restaurant facilities, maintenance, and building systems
- HVAC and refrigeration experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, vendors, and deadlines
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and responding to urgent needs
