Assist with a variety of tasks necessary for the daily operation of the office. Examples include: directing visitor and phone calls to appropriate managers, meeting coordination, creating work orders, and assisting with financial tasks.

Work Available: Daytime; Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $9.70/hr

Number of Positions available: 4

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist business operations coordinator with creating purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking expenses, etc

  • Utilize applications and enterprise systems such as Wizard Software (work order system), 25Live (Central Scheduling Reservation system), myapps, Workday, and other computer applications (training will be provided)

  • Answer phones and greet visitors

  • Create and distribute work orders to managers  

  • Assist Director and Assistant Directors with special projects involving construction, renovations, repairs, apparel acquisition, financial reconciliation of inventory and fuel distribution

  • Perform other related duties as required

  • Comply with departmental and college policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Organizational, communication, and computer skills

  • Familiar with MS Office, Google, and enterprise systems

  • General understanding of internet research
