Under direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, to inspect operations & maintenance of facilities for compliance Williams. To perform daily monitoring of all District facilities for their cleanliness and maintenance; to monitor the status of district maintenance requests; to maintain a computerized data base for the maintenance status of all District facilities on a real-time basis; and to report inspection findings directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Director of Facilities, Maintenance, Operations & Transportation (FMOT). To supervise Operations Plant staff and to perform related work as assigned.
