About the Role:

JDE Construction is looking for a Service Operations Manager to lead, develop, and support our team. We are looking for a strong leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and keeping service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the service team.

• Keep service operations and work orders moving.

• Build strong relationships with clients, technicians, and vendors.

• Drive performance, accountability, and excellent service.

• Solve problems and support the team when needed.

• Bring positive energy, fresh ideas, and strong leadership.

• Help create a positive and successful team environment.

Qualifications

Experience in any of the following areas is welcome:

• Service

• Facilities

• Maintenance

• Field Service

• Dispatch

• Construction

• Similar fast-paced environments

Industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for helping their team succeed.
