Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager (Ideal candidate will have management experience in security and general facilities operations)

Salary: $100K - $110K, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of operations management experience Required
• Security Licensure Required
• Driver's License in good standing Required
• Ability to operate a pick-up truck with trailer
• Prefer general outdoor lawncare and lawncare machinery experience as well

Are you a leader with 5-7 years of management experience in security operations or facilities operations? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
• Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
• Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets).
• Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
