Role snapshot
- Location: On-site in Miami with regular support for our Hialeah location

What you’ll do
- Perform day-to-day building and property maintenance to sustain a safe, efficient workplace.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) on facilities equipment to reduce downtime.
- Install, adjust, and troubleshoot access control components and door hardware.
What you bring
- Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years of related work; or High School diploma with 5+ years in maintenance.
- Ability to complete basic plumbing tasks and repair doors and card access systems.
Travel, driving, and physical needs
- Travel between Miami and Hialeah as required by operations.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
- Capability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred background
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other construction trades.
- Exposure to AutoCAD.
