Position Responsibilities
Provide hands-on leadership of daily Corporate building operations, ensuring facilities are safe, reliable and meet company standards.
Supervise and develop the facilities team, setting priorities, assigning work and driving accountability.
Oversee facilities and maintenance projects across multiple buildings, systems and assets.
Conduct building audits to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.
Serve as on-site point of contact for contracted vendors providing maintenance, janitorial and other facility services.
Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in facility operations or management.
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Good driving record.
