What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, schedule, and support the Facilities Operations team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations
  • Oversee and perform maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, sewer, and related building systems
  • Complete and supervise preventative and predictive maintenance across all Cedar Community facilities
  • Conduct routine building inspections and maintain clean, organized mechanical, electrical, and storage areas
  • Monitor and adjust building systems, including temperature controls and equipment performance
  • Coordinate contractor work, system repairs, upgrades, and compliance-related tasks
  • Manage equipment records, work orders, and operational reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and policy/procedure improvement
  • Oversee sewer lift stations, force main operations, chemical additions, and required testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related technical field 
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
