Join our Brookfield, CT team as a Facilities Operations Support Technician and help keep our environment safe, efficient, and guest-ready. You’ll be a go-to resource for day-to-day upkeep and a trusted partner to the Facilities Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute routine maintenance: cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and basic carpentry.
• Assist with scheduled inspections; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and consumables; ensure supplies are organized and available.
• Respond quickly to work orders and service requests while delivering excellent customer service.
• Comply with safety regulations, site procedures, and best practices at all times.
• Support special initiatives and handle other tasks that advance facility reliability and appearance.

Qualifications & Attributes

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior exposure to facilities maintenance or similar trades is advantageous.
• Foundational understanding of maintenance methods and safety protocols.
• Detail orientation and sound problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, service-driven mindset.
• Physical capability to perform manual work and lift heavy items when needed.
