    You will:

    • Own preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems.
    • Partner with production to achieve optimal equipment capability and throughput.

    • Follow and promote company safety policies and procedures.
    • Adjust, calibrate, and fine-tune equipment for top performance.

    • Continuously expand your maintenance toolkit—methods, technologies, and best practices.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

    Do you have these qualifications?

    • At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
    • Training or experience in a relevant skilled trade (mechanical, electrical, fluid power, machining, welding, etc.).
    • Comfort using hand/power tools and electrical test equipment such as voltmeters and ammeters.
    • Ability to read and work from schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and sketches.
    • Proven multitasking and clear communication with coworkers.
    • Familiar with OSHA regulations.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
    • A customer-service mindset toward supporting operations.

    • Spend extended time standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and climbing ladders (approx. 40% standing, 20% sitting, 20% climbing, 20% kneeling/squatting/lying in non-routine positions each shift).
    • Work long shifts—up to 12 hours within a 24-hour period.
    • Operate effectively in varying temperatures.
    • Work in dusty environments while wearing PPE when required.
    • Maintain hand dexterity for prolonged tool use.
    • Work overtime when needed.

    • Math: Read a tape measure accurately and quickly; compute percentages, measurements, volume, and rate; apply high-school math.
    • Reasoning: Follow written, oral, or graphic instructions using sound judgment; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Technical know-how

    • Translate equipment design and capability into efficient operation; assist with training others.
    • Understand cost factors to reduce overall expenses and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Apply applicable quality standards.
    • Know relevant regulatory requirements—wage and hour, environmental/waste minimization, company policies, and personnel requirements (including OSHA and EEO).

A current Lift Truck Operator License and/or other certifications may be required for certain areas or equipment.

    Work setting

    • Regular exposure to moving machinery.
    • Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.
    • Occasional work at heights, around fumes/airborne particles, and with vibration.
    • Typically a loud noise environment.
