The Facilities & Production Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of pharmacy production systems, automated dispensing equipment, and facility infrastructure. This position is responsible for maintaining production line equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting facility operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow and operational excellence.
Working closely with Pharmacy Operations, Facilities, and external vendors, this role serves as a key resource for equipment reliability, facility readiness, and process improvement initiatives. The Facilities & Production Support Specialist supports both day-to-day operations and strategic projects involving production automation, facility expansion, and technology enhancements.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, maintaining equipment, and ensuring critical systems operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy production environment.
