Coordinator III Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
2+ years of relevant work experience (administrative/program support and/or trade school experience)
2+ years experience with reporting/analytics and working with KPIs
Intermediate to Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formatting large datasets)
Ability to multitask, manage stress, and pivot quickly between priorities
Ability to work on-site in Woonsocket, RI Tuesday–Thursday consistently
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Coordinator III Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting facilities/property/retail trade environments
Experience with vendor management (including vendor business reviews)
Experience supporting compliance activities, audits, or violation tracking
Familiarity with work order tracking and vendor/program management tools/systems

Coordinator III Responsibilities
Coordinate vendor and trade programs with a facilities focus (general carpentry support for retail stores)
Support vendor coordination and service provider communication
Review vendor proposals and assist with proposal approval / tracking
Track and report on service levels (SLAs) and KPI metrics (including aging work orders)
Assist with data analytics and reporting (recurring reports with strong accuracy)
Support administrative tracking, including mail sorting and violation/compliance tracking
Help manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

OVERVIEW
In this role, you’ll support retail facilities programs by coordinating vendors/trades, tracking work orders and compliance items, and building recurring reports (Excel-heavy).
Coordinator III Compensation
$25.00 per hour
Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Temporary assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
On-site / hybrid expectation: On-site Tuesday–Thursday in Woonsocket, RI (team is primarily office-based)
