    Core Tasks Of Facilities Provider: Daily housekeeping and maintenance needs at Hope Acres throughout the day and provide general upkeep of the property and facilities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred

    • Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment, products, and techniques

    • Physical ability to remain standing for most of your shift

    • Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks is preferred

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks

    • Handles leaf and snow removal as needed

    • Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuum floors

    • Mows lawns, waters plants, and removes litter

    • Uses common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Time management skills

    • Inventory management skills

    • Attention to detail

    • Understanding of public health and safety

    • Ability to identify safety hazards and violations

    • Works well independently

    Clearances & Training Required

    • Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance

    • Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance

    • Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education

    • Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate

    • Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children

    • State License of Practice and/or Certification

    • CPR/First Aid

    • TB/Physical
