Facilities Reliability Technician — Berwyn, IL

Impact you’ll make

• Own routine service and corrective work across equipment and building systems.
• Perform inspections to spot issues early and prevent failures.
• Jump on urgent maintenance requests and emergencies without delay.
• Record repairs, parts, and recommendations with accuracy.
• Collaborate to improve processes and drive facility performance.
• Work safely and uphold all applicable codes, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new systems and machinery.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar position.
• Solid grounding in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and repair capability on diverse equipment.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork habits.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends/holidays as needed.
