We are seeking a reliable, friendly Environmental Services & Resident Support Associate to join our assisted living community in Tacoma. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while providing positive, customer-focused interactions throughout the community.

Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, offices, and restrooms
Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
Respond courteously to resident requests and concerns related to housekeeping or facility needs
Maintain a warm, respectful, and professional presence with residents, families, and staff
Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
Properly handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist with light customer service tasks as needed to support daily operations
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or facilities experience preferred (but not required)
Experience working in assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Friendly, patient, and respectful communication style
Ability to pass background screening as required for assisted living staff
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
