Here's the Role:

Want to be the ultimate workplace wizard? If so, we are seeking a Facility Scheduler to be the operational heartbeat of our Facility Services team! If you thrive on keeping the workplace organized and workflows running smoothly, this is the chance to shine. How You’ll Contribute:
  • Maintain schedules, update work orders, and assist with tracking labor, materials, and service needs across Facility Services. 
  • Maintain and prioritize documents, records, and work-related materials to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal standards. 
  • Collaborate with internal customers, external vendors, and project partners to keep communication clear and work aligned. 
  • Manage end-to-end employee transitions (onboarding/offboarding) and workspace logistics in partnership with management, HR, and facility teams. 
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational planning, performance tracking, and budget monitoring. 
  • Support the flow of facilities-related requests, helping route tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion. 
How You’re Qualified:
  • Three or more years of experience in work management, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, plant maintenance or transmission system maintenance, or relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in project management, industrial maintenance, operations management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
How You’ll Stand Out:
  • Experience in navigating CMMS (Maximo Software). 
  • Proficient in prioritizing data entry, ad hoc reporting, and document management. 
  • Proficient in systems & process management.
