Responsible for directly performing logistical, cleaning, facility support and maintenance services in assigned bank facilities to ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of facility operations and grounds.
+ Performs general cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and repair work, including; snow removal from grounds of assigned locations; minor carpentry duties in order to insure proper facilities maintenance; minor and routine painting; minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; minor repairs of office equipment; light tube/bulb replacement.
+ Performs duties, as directed, in support of the Mailroom Processes, including processing, picking up and deliver mail to proper shipping facilities.
+ Performs duties, as directed, in support of the bank’s Purchasing function, including requisition fulfillment activities; delivery of forms and supplies to bank facilities and/or departments using bank provided vehicle.
+ Delivers or picks up various items or merchandise as directed.
+ Performs duties, as directed, associated with the bank’s Confidential Paper control program.
+ Performs duties of a courier, as directed.
+ Performs duties as directed, in support of the Security and Logistics Manager, this includes placing service calls, keeping records up to date, processing invoices, contacting vendors.
Qualifications/Requirements
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Basic reading, writing, grammar, interpersonal, and communicative skills
+ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
+ Moderate interpersonal and communication skills and basic computer skills
+ Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and climb
+ Valid Driver’s License required
+ Visual and auditory skills required
Salary Range $17.00 to $26.50 Hourly
