Job Title: Facilities Services (Summer/Temp)

Reporting Relationship: Assistant Vice President of Operations and Facilities Services

Unit: IWU-Marion

Department: Facilities Management-IWU Marion

Campus Location: Maintenance Building, Marion, IN

Summary of Position: Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include: General Maintenance General Housekeeping General Grounds Care or Assist where needed within Facilities Services.

Duties and Responsibilities Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include: General Maintenance General Housekeeping General Grounds Care Assist where needed within Facilities Services

Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration. May be required to work overtime as directed by supervision

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education High School diploma

Experience Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team member on detailed day-to-day tasks

Required Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Valid drivers license preferred but not required
