We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Office Services Associate to support daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for providing a wide range of office support services, including mail services, hospitality support, reprographics, and general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a professional workplace experience.

  • Payrate: $22.50 /hour
  • Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day office services support to employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier deliveries, and shipping requests.
  • Support copy, print, scanning, binding, and document production services.
  • Assist with conference room setup, meeting support, and hospitality services.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring work areas remain organized and fully stocked.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
  • Perform administrative and back-office support tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and service standards.
  • Assist with special projects and other office operations duties as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with employees and visitors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in office services, mailroom operations, hospitality, facilities support, administrative services, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with mail processing, shipping and receiving, copy/print services, or conference room support is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages and office materials as required.
