Nightwing isseekinga dynamic, hands-on Facilities and Project Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of site operations while leading facility improvement and infrastructure projects. This dual-role position ensures the facilityremainssafe, compliant, and efficient while driving initiatives that enhance building systems, operational performance, and mission readiness. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, technicalexpertise, and project management skills to successfully deliver facility and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
This roleis responsible formaintainingfacility systems and project assets inoptimalworking condition through proactive oversight, preventive maintenance, andtimelyresponse to operational and facility requirements. The Facilities and Project Site Lead partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedulepreventativemaintenance tasks, ensuring they are effectively assigned to and completed by thevendors and facilitiesteam
Oversee and coordinate renovation projects to ensuretimelydelivery of fully functional, operational spaces that meet the needs of the end users
Facilities Site Lead Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
Lead site-level emergency preparedness, business continuity, and risk mitigation planning
Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and procurement of services and supplies
Coordinate with internal departments to support workplace needs and site expansion or reconfiguration projects
Supervise on-site facility staff and service providers (custodial, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, security) to ensure operational efficiency
Project Lead Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, IT, construction, or infrastructure upgrades
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational goals
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet technical requirements and milestones

Track project progress and report status to senior stakeholders,identifyingand mitigating risks
Manage documentation, change orders, and stakeholdercommunicationacross the project lifecycle
Support the introduction ofnew technologies, systems, or tools within the site environment
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including Design, Construction, and Closeout.
Provide comprehensive construction management support, including:
Development of requirements based on customer input
Contract development, review, and management of Architecture & Engineering (A&E) plans, designs, and specifications
Conducting maintainability reviews and preparing detailed Government Cost Estimates (GCE)
Technical evaluations and reviews
Preparation of project Statements of Work (SOW) or Statements of Objectives (SOO)
Management of construction activities and supplementary services to support project execution
Develop project requirements and cost estimates for a range of projects, including but not limitedtomechanical, electrical, civil, architectural, structural, and geotechnical
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree in engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of experience in facilities operations, engineering project management, or related roles
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Proventrack recordmanaging complex technical or infrastructure projects
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project,JIRA)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or CAPM certification.
Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
Experience working in a manufacturing, lab, or data center environment
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Be able to provide the PMO with monthly expenditures,preventative maintenance tasksperformed andwork proactively to create mitigation plans forbigger issues on the horizon
Provide24/7availabilityforbuildingemergencies as they may arise at assigned locations
Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays, and additional insurances.
