Facilities Specialist

Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO, for a Facilities Specialist who performs a variety of facility maintenance functions to include; building / facility maintenance, repair, replacement and / or warehouse duties on structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and sanitary systems and related equipment and machinery. Analyzes maintenance repair requests and identifies problems and implements solutions. May be involved in the maintenance of office furniture and equipment and the build out of workstations and other minor facility alterations. Coordinates various vendors and contractors in the maintenance and repair of equipment. Completes preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems. Manages inventory of spare parts to provide maximum up time on all equipment. Keeps records for preventative maintenance for machines and equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $55,000-$83,000
