Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Facilities Specialist. The Facilities Specialist reports to the Facilities Assistant Manager. The primary functions of this position include:

Youre someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly - and you genuinely enjoy being the person others rely on when something needs to get done. Youre organized and detail-oriented enough to stay on top of work orders, schedules, and records, but also comfortable jumping up from your desk to troubleshoot an AV issue or walk a contractor through a space. You communicate with ease across all kinds of people - tenants, vendors, and Town staff alike - and you understand that responsive, professional service is its own form of facilities maintenance.
