• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 $21.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Summary

As a Facilities Specialist, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This is a temporary role covering a leave for the Facilities Coordinator position, supporting a small maintenance team of two technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all procurement ordering for the team, including ordering supplies as needed
• Create work orders when service from a third-party contractor is required, generating purchase orders that are sent to vendors
• Utilize MyBuy and Service Insight platforms in daily operations
• Enter and manage work orders
• Support an additional site remotely

Required Skills

• Good administrative skills, including typing, filing, and the ability to scan and manage email
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (a significant plus)
• Experience with Joint Commission standards
• Experience with MyBuy

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

• Approximately 5 years of administrative experience preferred; client is open when it comes to experience level
