About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Analyst to support operations at a large-scale, industrial manufacturing site spanning approximately 550,000 square feet in Aberdeen, SD. This dynamic, highly regulated environment supports complex production processes and requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at organization, execution, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.

This role oversees vendor services, maintenance programs, and compliance activities across critical facility infrastructure, including regulated systems such as boilers, fire safety equipment, and eyewash stations. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strong knowledge of CMMS tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with site leadership and engineering teams to drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all facilities operations for a large manufacturing site, including vendor management for janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal services.
  • Manage and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, including regulated inspections for boilers, fire extinguishers, and eyewash stations.
  • Serve as point of contact for facilities-related requests, partnering with site leadership and the Facilities Engineering Supervisor.
  • Utilize CMMS systems to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset performance.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with corporate, local, and state regulations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Support capital expenditure planning, budgeting, and execution to maintain and improve site infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and procedures across facilities operations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant facilities or operations experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience managing vendors and facility services within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and facilities maintenance planning.
  • Familiarity with regulated systems and compliance requirements (e.g., boilers, safety equipment inspections).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives in a facilities environment.
