About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Senior Analyst to support a major healthcare client at a large hospital campus in Toledo, Ohio (approximately 1.2 million sq. ft.). This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations within a highly regulated environment, partnering with vendors, internal teams, and hospital stakeholders to maintain service excellence.

You will combine facilities coordination, vendor and purchasing support, and customer service to help deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient workplace operations across the site.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, delivering timely and professional customer service.
  • Manage purchase orders, including creation, tracking, and reconciliation for vendors and services.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely processing.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking supplies, materials, and equipment levels.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective work with trades personnel.
  • Assist with facilities projects such as repairs, installations, and space modifications.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to operations, spend, and service metrics.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, or facilities coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve operational challenges using sound judgment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data, inventory, and financial information.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Sr Analyst position is $73,000 annually [or $35.10 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Sr Analyst position is $78,000 annually [or $37.50 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
