About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will support a large telecommunications client by coordinating work order activities, vendor performance, site administration, and client communications across a portfolio of more than 2,000 locations. This role serves as a key liaison between client operations teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure service requests are managed efficiently, operational issues are resolved, and service level expectations are met.This position is part of the Facilities Management function, which focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of client facilities portfolios through maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, reporting, and service delivery excellence.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong initiative, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with occasional local site or CBRE office visits as needed and potential after-hours support during major weather-related events.
What You'll Do
Coordinate communications between client operations teams, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure service requests are completed accurately and on time.Manage reactive maintenance tickets by validating incoming requests, monitoring service level agreement (SLA) compliance, tracking vendor response times, and escalating delays when necessary.Monitor and support resolution of open, blocked, and aged work orders while maintaining accurate records within facilities management systems.Administer Move, Add, and Change (MAC) requests, including validating submissions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring successful execution.Support site administration activities including site additions, terminations, mapping updates, scope revisions, and portfolio data maintenance.Conduct pricing guide audits and validate site assignments, vendor alignment, service scopes, and portfolio data accuracy.Coordinate with landscaping, snow removal, and other service providers to monitor performance, address service concerns, and support corrective action plans when necessary.Review vendor pricing, contract rates, invoice documentation, and billing readiness to ensure compliance with client and CBRE standards.Track and analyze operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance trends using reporting tools and dashboards to support service delivery improvements.Present updates and operational information to internal teams and participate in client and vendor meetings as needed.Resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently while exercising sound judgment and escalating issues when appropriate.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.Experience supporting facilities operations, property management, work order coordination, vendor management, customer service, or administrative functions.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, reporting, and data analysis.Experience using facilities management or work order management platforms preferred, including Corrigo and/or fmPilot.Ability to review operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, monitor compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts.Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, sense of urgency, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Corporate Facilities Management, Property Management, Telecommunications, or Data Center environments.Prior client-facing account management experience.Experience coordinating exterior facilities services such as snow removal and landscaping programs.Experience negotiating vendor pricing, schedules, and scopes of work.
