Facilities Sr Facilities Manager, Construction Project Manager

Coke Florida is looking for a Facilities Construction Manager, to work out of our Tampa area office. This role will be working first shift.

What will you do:The Facilities Construction Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of facility construction, renovation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across Coca-Cola Beverages Florida and its affiliates. This role is accountable to managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from business case development and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover and financial closeout.

The Senior Manager will serve as the primary owner representative and strategic liaison among Operations, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Safety and Risk Management, and other external partners or consultants. In addition, the Senior Manager leads and develops a team of facilities project management professionals, creating organizational capability, driving project execution excellence and ensuring consistent delivery of capital projects across the enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned construction, infrastructure, and facility improvement projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fleet, office sales and support facilities
• Lead, develop, and coach Facilities Construction team members to achieve project, operational, and organizational objectives.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, development plans, and priorities aligned with company strategy and capital investment objectives.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development support to team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fleet, sales, office, and support facilities.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards, applicable regulations, permitting requirements, and safety expectations.
• Partner with business leaders and site stakeholders to define project objective, scope, business requirements, success criteria and funding needs
• Develop project charters, budgets, schedules, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement places and project execution strategies

• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Identify risk and constraints early and implement mitigation strategies and recovery plans when necessary
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs, change logs, action plans and decision records
• Partner with site Operations leadership to coordinator construction activity within active production, warehouse and distribution environments
• Develop project-specific business continuity and site coordinator plans
• Communicate project impacts, schedule, risks and milestones effectively to stakeholders
• Ensure completed projects are successfully transitioned to Operations and Facilities teams
• Develop and manage capital projects budgets, forecast and business cases
• Monitor project commitments, expenditures, accruals, contingencies, forecast-at-completion, and overall financial performance
• Review contracts, proposal pricing, change orders, pay applications, and invoices for compliance and accuracy
• Provide field leadership and oversight appropriate to project complexity and risk.
• Ensure contractors comply with all safety standards, environmental requirements, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and regulatory approvals.
• Resolve quality, schedule, and performance issues to support successful project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reporting.
• Support Cardinal System Holdings and affiliated entities with construction management, due diligence, project controls, estimating, and facility initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure projects receive appropriate governance, funding, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Maintain transparency regarding workload, commitments, priorities, and risks across supported entities.

Education and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management, facilities construction, engineering, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple concurrent capital projects
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing project, construction, engineering, facilities or technical professionals
• Experience managing team performance, workload allocation, and resource planning across multiple projects
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution, beverage, food production or similarly complex operation environments
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, construction methods, estimating, scheduling, contract administration and project controls
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Additional skills and education that will strengthen your candidacy:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or comparable professional certifications
• Experience managing multi-site capital programs
• Experience leading associates in multiple locations
• Previous experience working with a Coca-Cola Bottler or Customer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
• Experience managing projects 2+ million or more.
