Facilities Sr Manager
SAIC is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain the overall strategic vision of our customer's IC Campus and the analyses required to ensure all budgeting, manning, planning, programming and other considerations are accounted for and captured in J-PMO documentation.
This position will be responsible for government oversight as well as identifying and prioritizing the coordination of elements between IC Campus partners that may be assessed as measured for increased efficiencies. This position will also rapidly identify and communicate any issues, from the IC Campus development, that pose a risk to the customer's current and future operations. The primary function of this position is to maintain the IC Campus Coordination Matrix or other coordination planning documentation between IC partners.
- Coordinate with customer, IC Partner(s), and Fort Belvoir on topics that will affect those stakeholders.
- Provide rationale and impact assessments with any recommendations that could impact cost or schedule for planned or ongoing work.
- Consult with other subject matter experts in the customer space or across the IC on sensitive or complex issues that lack precedents in the context of an IC Campus.
- Assist in developing and implementing IC Campus operational requirements in your area of expertise to effectively support customer and IC Partner requirements.
- Assist in developing budget requirements and schedules for any work that is needed to support IC Campus development and operations.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI is REQUIRED
- Willing and able to obtain a Polygraph
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical and or electrical engineering related to facilities engineering and operations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a program or project management setting
- Current Professional Engineer license (can be issued from any US state).
- Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.
