Summer Gowans Crew The hours for this position will vary

RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions

• Pick up trash/debris.
• Plant, maintain, trim, weed, mulch, and water flowers, shrubs, pots, and landscape beds.
• Daily yard work: mowing, edging, trimming, etc.
• Work on all outdoor campus athletic facilities.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.
• Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.

Secondary

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Coordinators of Facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grounds experience preferred.
• Athletic interest preferred.
• Must be a neat and clean individual. Portraying a positive image to students, staff, and community members is essential.
• The ability to cooperate with students and college personnel.
• Physical requirements include the ability to safely push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, climb up to a height of 8, walk, carry, and to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
