Position Summary: The Facilities Supervisor supports the Facilities Director by coordinating day-to-day facility operations, supervising assigned staff/contractors, and overseeing minor repairs and small projects to keep sites safe, functional, and patient-ready. This role manages preventive maintenance and work order execution, coordinates vendors, and ensures timely completion of facility needs while escalating higher-risk items and strategic decisions to the Facilities Director.
