Schedule: Exempt (salary), 40 hours min per week | Monday – Friday | 8am – 5:00pm | occasional on call

What You'll Do:
Make a real impact as our Facilities Supervisor by keeping our center and participant homes safe, accessible, and welcoming. You’ll lead facility operations, maintenance, and repairs—balancing hands-on work with coordinating staff and vendors. From fixing adaptive equipment to completing home safety modifications, your work supports participant independence and ensures every space meets the highest standards of safety and care.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations and upkeep of all Thome PACE buildings, grounds, and systems.
  • Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and coordinate with outside contractors.
  • Manage work order systems to prioritize, track, and document maintenance activities. 
  • Review vendor performance, monitor contracts, and ensure quality work.
  • Oversee snow removal, landscaping, and groundskeeping services.
  • Coordinate and perform maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and tools needed for building operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct or coordinate small home repairs to support participant safety and independence (e.g., grab bars, ramps, safety railings).  
  • Repair and maintain participant medical and mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, hoyers, and lift chairs.
  • Handle facility cleaning and maintenance tasks alongside the maintenance team as needed
  • Assist with setup and tear down for meetings, events, or special activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • 3+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance, including plumbing, painting, or carpentry, required.
  • Supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, NFPA Life Safety, and other safety code, required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical work safely.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Technical or trade certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, or electrical, preferred. 
  • Experience in a healthcare or senior care environment, preferred. 
  • Familiarity with PACE or healthcare regulatory environments, preferred.
