About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support a leading global animal health organization at its new facility in Johns Creek, Georgia. This modern workplace spans 73,000 square feet across two floors and is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and an exceptional employee experience. The campus offers convenient access to walkable retail, dining, and outdoor spaces, creating a dynamic environment for employees and visitors alike.

In this role, you will oversee daily facilities operations and workplace services, partnering with vendors, occupants, and building management to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This position is ideal for a customer-focused facilities professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational oversight with hands-on problem-solving

What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day facilities operations for a 73,000-square-foot commercial office environment.
  • Supervise staff schedules, assign work, and support the development and cross-training of team members.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for workplace and facilities-related issues.
  • Coordinate workplace services including mail operations, supplemental janitorial support, and general office upkeep.
  • Manage light facilities maintenance activities, including paint touch-ups, minor leak response, and routine repairs.
  • Partner with the landlord and service providers to ensure building systems and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Review work order and operational data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Support conference room and event setups for four collaboration and meeting spaces.
  • Oversee vendor performance, service quality, and facilities-related expenses.
  • Foster a positive workplace experience while ensuring a safe, organized, and professional environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, building operations, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or shift management experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercial office environments and coordinating third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of workplace services, maintenance coordination, and facilities operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to track expenses, evaluate vendor performance, and support operational budgets.
