Position Title: Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of commercial facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in organization and communication. The supervisor will manage infrastructure, including HVAC systems, and oversee contracts related to facility maintenance. The role demands a tech-savvy professional who can adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of organization. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as this position involves collaboration with various teams and frequent interaction with visitors. Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 / Year DOE

Facilities Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems and chiller systems
Manage contracts related to facility upkeep
Ensure compressor and HVAC maintenance is performed
Coordinate snow and waste removal services
Handle preventative maintenance tasks outside of injection molding machines
Maintain the overall condition of the facilities

Facilities Supervisor Requirements:

Experience in any type of commercial facility, ideally industrial
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-forward with strong organizational skills
Five years of relevant experience is preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, welding, machining, and fabricating is preferred
