We're a Wisconsin and Illinois law firm with offices across multiple locations - and we're growing. We're looking for a seasoned, self-directed professional to be our boots-on-the-ground resource across all sites. If you're someone who has spent a career getting things done - fixing what's broken, managing vendor relationships, negotiating leases, and keeping facilities running - and you're ready to do meaningful work on a flexible schedule, this role was built for you.
You'll travel regularly between our hubs (Fox Valley, Milwaukee, Illinois, Madison, and new upcoming locations), serving as the primary facilities resource across the firm. This is a high-trust, low-micromanagement role. You'll work closely with our CFO and coordinate with our IT and operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Facility Repairs & Maintenance
Perform hands-on repairs and minor renovation work at all firm locations
Assess facility condition during site visits and address maintenance issues proactively
Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget
Be the firm's go-to resource when something breaks or needs to get done
Lease & Contract Management
Negotiate and manage commercial lease agreements and renewals across all locations
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, keeping terms favorable to the firm
Track key dates, lease terms, and renewal windows; flag issues before they become problems
Support planning for new and upcoming facility locations
Travel & Multi-Site Coordination
Travel regularly between firm locations in the Fox Valley, Milwaukee, Illinois, and Madison areas
Conduct routine site visits to assess needs, complete tasks, and meet with local contacts
Serve as the consistent presence across sites in the absence of on-site staff
IT Coordination (Supporting Role)
Handle basic technology issues: printer troubleshooting, connectivity, hardware setup
Serve as the on-site hands for IT needs, coordinating with our internal IT contacts for escalation
No deep technical expertise required - just comfort with everyday office technology
